If you choose to work with us on a typical project, we would offer the following services:

We begin by getting to know you and your project. This involves discussing your needs, lifestyle, design aspirations, and budget. We'll explore how you envision using the space and answer any questions you may have.

To gain a comprehensive understanding of your property, we conduct a thorough site survey including a measured and photographic survey. This data is then used to create a 3D model for design exploration.

This is where your vision starts to take shape. We develop initial design concepts and present them through sketch layouts and 3D views.

We'll then meet with you to review the concepts, gather feedback, and refine one concept into a final design. We will discuss materials and provide a good sense for how the project will feel.

For select projects, we may also generate photorealistic CGI renderings to provide a clearer visualization of the final result.

A comprehensive set of plans, elevations, and sections required for planning applications are produced.

We will perpare and submit all necessary documentation, including design and access statements, and application forms. We'll manage communication with the local council throughout the process to ensure a smooth application.

This stage focuses on developing the design into detailed construction drawings and specifications. We collaborate with structural engineers and other specialist consultants.

We'll help you find the right builder for your project through recommendations and tender analysis.

Throughout the construction phase, we act as your advocate to ensure the project is built to the highest standards through contract management and regular site visits to monitor the construction process and queries.
